SUPSI has positioned itself as a propellant force that produces, develops and disseminates expertise to promote the social, economical, technological and artistic growth of the Ticino Canton. This institutional belief develops collaborative and cooperative projects, as a bridge between the community and the makers.
Each student project developed to understand and satisfy the needs of stakeholders at each stage of the organizational framework of the region, ranging from the investors to the end users.
The "Park and Read" project offers "A moment in the Landscape", in conjunction with the cultural habits of a typical park-goer in Lugano, re-appropriating the role of Darsena within Parko Ciani, along with modular landscape units to participate with the outdoor reading facilities within nature.
